Cancellation and refund conditions for yacht and boat charter services provided by Turkey Yacht may vary depending on the type of reservation, yacht specifications and service scope. Therefore, there is no single standard cancellation policy applicable to all bookings.
All cancellation, modification and refund terms related to a reservation are clearly stated in the written offer, contract and/or booking confirmation provided to the guest during the reservation process. These written documents constitute the only binding terms.
